Man With Scissors Arrested Trespassing on Miley Cyrus's Property

A stalker with scissors was arrested outside Miley Cyrus's home in Los Angeles. Police arrested him after jumping the fence to try to get inside. He claimed he was married to Miley at one point. He was reportedly lighting candles. He was also wearing a giant red-heart necklace. Miley was not home when the intruder was arrested at 4 a.m. Take a look:
