Madonna Allowed to Adopt Mercy James

Madonna received some very happy news around 2:00 am this morning New York time: the Malawian Supreme Court has granted her petition to adopt Mercy James, overruling the lower court's decision which denied the adoption. Mercy is being issued a passport and will be flown via private jet to New York to start her new life with Madonna, Rocco, Lourdes and David. We're happy that Mercy will have a loving family now.
