Richard Heene to Pay $36,000 for Balloon Boy Stunt

Richard Heene and Mayumi Iizuka, the parents of Falcon Heene, have agreed to pay $36,000 in restitution to authorities who responded to last year's Balloon Boy stunt. The Denver Post says authorities originally sought $48,000. Take a look:
