2010 Oscars: Miley Cyrus Talks to Ryan Seacrest

Miley Cyrus talked to Ryan Seacrest on the Oscar's Red Carpet. She looked great in her Jenny Packham gown. You can read more about her Oscar gown here. Miley said she was a little nervous about the stairs on the Oscar's set. Those stairs did look tricky. Miley's mother also showed Ryan her new tattoos. Take a look:
