Former Miss USA Rima Fakih Faces DUI Charges

Former Miss USA Rima Fakih, 26, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. The police report says she had twice the legal alcohol limit. The police also say she had an open bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne in her Jaguar. She was arrested early Saturday morning in Highland Park, Michigan. Take a look:
