Ashrita Furman has more world records than anyone, including the Guinness World Record for holding the most world records. Many of Furman's records involve doing things no one has thought of. They include athletic records and food records. The video from Guinness World Records never says exactly how many records Furman has, only that he more of them than anyone else. Furman says one of the favorite records he holds is cutting apples with a samurai sword because he took the record away from an actual trained swordsman. Take a look:
